"We very much enjoyed our stay in Kathy's cottage. The location was perfect, we could see the river right from the yard, and the property is within easy walking distance to restaurants, the shops, the riverside parks and the boat museum. "We had a 2 night stay at this property. The riverside deck is amazing. Overall it met our needs, but any longer would have been hard. First concern: Laundry. For 400 a night, there really should be an electric washer and electric dryer at this property. I say electric since the dryer listed on the comp is literally a wooden folding clothing rack in front of a heating vent- 😳😳 Second concern: The master bed is not level. "The floor in livingroom area needs repair there is a soft dip in it by the window. No curtains on door or livingspace window. The nightstand in front bedroom was thick with dust. I also found chex cearal on the floor in that room and it definitly wasnt from us. I feel i wasnt really worth what i paid."

"Loved our stay at this lovely home- so convenient and quiet! It had a fabulous dock for our 26 foot boat as well as our friends 21 foot boat. The accommodation was comfortable and well appointed. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Plenty of parking was available and it’s great that it is so close to Gal’s and Foxy’s Restaurant. "

"8 of us stayed at the River & Charm. It was a great experience on 10 acres with nice fall weather. The house and cottage were clean and open with tons of space. Just a quick 5 minute trip into town for anything you may need. The host was very responsive and accommodating to anything we needed. Would book again! "

"This is a great spot if your looking for a central location while visiting the Alexandria Bay/Clayton area. Close to all marinas, restaurants and tour boats. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. The property management communication was excellent. Thank you Toby."

"Girls trip...3 elder sisters plus second generation niece and her 2 daughters. We all agreed everything was perfect at this location. From bedroom choices to outside porches to full kitchen amenities everything we needed was at our fingertips. Location couldn't have been better. View of the St Lawrence, glimpses of ships traveling in the distance, perfect weather and wonderful flat hiking right in the neighborhood. The area was charming and steeped in early history of the thousand Islands...

"Everything from finding the place, to check in, to proximity to activities was great! We didn’t need anything from the hosts during our stay but they were very responsive before hand! The place was great for hanging out during the time we spent inside. Beds were not the most comfortable, and you have to take every piece of garbage with you when you leave which was hard since we were coming from out of town, but we made it work! We had a wonderful time and would return. "

"This was an amazing first stay at Angel Rock. Our cottage was cozy and the perfect size for our ladies getaway. We had everything we needed. Amazing views for the living area and outside deck. Beds were comfortable, only downside was the bottom sheet and mattress pad come off fairly quick after getting into bed. Area was very quiet and relaxing. Look forward to future stays with Angel Rock. "
