NICE HOUSE, NICE LOCATION
We had a lovely stay, nice big house, well equipped and a good assortment of bedrooms and sleeping arrangements. Would recommend for a large group. Enjoyed the fireplace, the open large kitchen and the table actually seats nearly everyone in the house. Its tough to find a large house with sufficient seating at the table so this was really nice. The bedding and mattresses where all clean and comfortable. The second kitchen area upstairs worked well for back up food storage.
Our only input is that the property management wasn't as on top of things as most other places we've rented. Their texting system was so generic and frustrating to communicate with for questions and concerns that it seemed partially AI generated. We had two toilets that wouldn't refill and it took significant communication to get to the real problem, then they wouldn't address it until after we left, so no help to us but maybe the next people. They also have a poor list of what is available in the house, for instance the actual availability of what kitchen items are present would be helpful so we could've not brought extras that we didn't need...ie there are actually three different coffee makers if different varieties which was nice but we didn't know to bring the right pods, etc. Details like that would be nice. Also they couldn't tell use the type of TV so that we could prepare ahead for what we needed to do a slide show so it ended up taking hours to set it up to work at the house. S\
