"Property took my money, then advised us not to travel at less than 24hrs notice, leaving me without a place to stay and without refund. Hotels.com did nothing about it. "Just returned home from a long weekend what a lovely stay we had the chalet was spotlessly clean and had everything we required included it was in a very peaceful location parking was right outside the door we was greeted by a lovely lady called Michelle and nothing was to much trouble for her after a couple of hours settling in we had a knock on the door from the owner he asked if everything was okay and if we need anything not to hesitate and give him a call I thought that was a very nice...

"Went with my family to stay at this house as part of my birthday celebrations. The house was easy to find, access to property and security was really good. The house was very lovely, plenty of space and room for us. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Host was also very flexible. We were also given a lovely welcome basket of treats (we took to the beach) and drinks to enjoy. Really happy with our stay and customer service."

"We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...
