Nice stay in downtown Cleveland
Came to Cleveland for two nights, to see a Guardians game and the city. Unit makes everything very accessible. We walked to the game, the Rock and Roll HOF, and all over downtown. Unit itself was very nice. Having a garage for the car was a nice extra bonus.

DO NOT STAY HERE
I am writing this review after waiting months to get my money back. There was a group of four of us that was supposed to stay at this place in October 2023. The place was a wreck when we arrived. Animal hair all over the couch. There was a rip in the couch that had been sewn together. Trash all over the floor. The upstairs beds were unmade and the bathrooms had wet towels and trash. Clearly, the housekeeping had not been done before our arrival. I contacted the owner right away. He told me that the cleaning company did not know that they needed to clean the place before our arrival. I do understand that these things happen. But there was no way that we were going to be able to stay at this place after what we had seen. I told the owner that I wanted a refund. He was not happy to hear that, but he did agree to give me a refund. We ended up having to get a hotel in downtown Cleveland last minute and spend over $1000 to have a place to stay for the weekend because of this. The owner later told me that I would have to contact VRBO Directly to get my refund. I wasted all my time trying to talk to the VRBO representatives. VRBO said there was nothing they could do, and that the owner had to refund my money himself at his own discretion. He refused. He blocked my phone number. Needless to say, my money was never refunded back to me. I never stayed at this place due to its uninhabitable environment. My money was stolen from me. Disgusted to say the least.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - great location
Check in was a bit challenging - but the owner managed to make it all right! The location is great for walking around downtown Cleveland and seeing the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks!

House was unprepared for guests
Upon entry to the house the carpet leading upstairs was dirty. The master bedroom was missing sheets which were later found still in the dryer with other towels and laundry. There was laundry in the washing machine as well. Master bathroom soap dispenser was empty, hallway bathroom and downstairs bathroom did not have towels. There was a hole in the couch as well as a dent in the wall in the master bedroom. Otherwise house was clean and it was easy to follow direction to enter the house. There has not been communication received from owner.

Nice Walk Up Close to All the Sites
This place was as advertised in the listing. It's nice and clean, the beds were comfy and it was nice to be able to use the different apps on the TV to log into what we wanted to watch. They aren't kidding about you REALLY need to push on the door sometimes to get it to open. When we first got there it opened easily, but a couple days into our stay it stuck and my brother had to shoulder bump it and it opened. It says that on the check in instructions. The kitchen has 4 different bottle openers, but no baking ware of any sort. :-) There are also no lids for any of the pans. We talked to the manager about this and it sounds like they are going to fill out the kitchen a bit. It's not a big deal, just a note. There are 2 1/2 baths, so it was nice to not have to share a bathroom. The location is central to the Hall of Fame and stadiums, 10 minute Lyft ride to go anywhere. The neighborhood has some sketchy folks across the street, but as others have stated, we never felt unsafe. A lot of firetrucks go up and down the street at all times of the night with sirens blaring, but I think that's city life. If you want a nice place to stay near the Cleveland sites, the price is right and this place is pretty nice. We would stay again if we ever came back. Thanks for letting us use your house!

We loved the location. We visited the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Jack's Casino, and several wonderful restaurants... including Don's Lighthouse. The Townhouse was clean and cozy! The beds were amazing, which made it hard to get up in the mornings. A+ stay

Cleveland Rocks!
We had a great stay in Cleveland. DeMarco was prompt with any questions we had and his place was lovely. Very comfortable bedding, clean and he even provided coffee for the Keurig maker. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you’re ever in the Cleveland area!

Affordable spot and checks all the boxes
Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Cleveland. Close to downtown and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. An up and coming neighborhood, so be prepared for a few homeless people, but no reflection on property. We felt safe in the rental and being able to bring our pet was a plus!

One night stay
Unit # not listed on Vrbo - only in email. This caused confusion. Front door keypad and garage door keypad did it work for entire stay. Property manager seemed frustrated by guests while addressing the issue. Bathrooms dirty with old soap bars and hair. Had to prop open drain to keep tub from filling during shower. Kitchen dirty with no paper towels. Linens left in dryer. Construction was loud and difficult to sleep with no curtains and faulty blinds.
