We loved our stay at this peaceful creek-side retreat! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family. There was plenty of room to gather without feeling crowded, and the kids enjoyed the game room and exploring the stream out back. Relaxing on the porch while listening to the water was incredibly calming. Great location—close to Helen, Dahlonega, and outdoor activities. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable getaway, this is it!

Perfect for our fam! loved the different levels so we could be in one home but have our own spaces too. we loved tubing in helen, hiking yonah, and visiting babyland too!

Absolutely Serene.

This was our first extended family vacation of 10 ppl. This house has a wonderful location and is beautiful. Three levels of rooms, extra large kitchen, huge dining room table, and spacious layout so you don't feel like you're on top of eachother. This area is beautiful and full of wineries and outside adventures. Commuication was punctual. Gaining access to the house was a breeze. The AC is cold and the place is clean. I will say the beds are very firm (if you like squishy beds they aren't for you) and the pillows are minimal/flat, so you might want to bring your own pillows. Overall, this place was excellent. You will not regret staying here!!! It's the type of place that makes you look for housing and jobs while you're sitting on the back porch listening to the stream.

Loved the cabin!

This cabin is beautiful! The kitchen is gorgeous - so much space. Comfy living room area, great dining table that easily fits a large family. It may seem silly, but the first thing that made me so happy was that there are full-length mirrors in each of the bedrooms! Very thoughtful!The creek in the backyard is really nice, a fun area to spend some time exploring. The neighborhood is very quiet. We saw lots of deer, even in the from yard.We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. We were very central to many places. I will definitely try to stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Great time

We loved our stay here! There was a ton of space for everyone to do what they wanted. The creek is a bit of a trek down so my elderly parents couldn’t make it but my kids spent hours there everyday playing and fishing. Highly recommend staying here!

Review of 32 Little Bear Ct Cleveland, GA

The kitchen was excellent, well stocked. The only complaint we had was the mattress in the upstairs bedroom without a closet is too soft and sinks in the middle, needs to be replaced. Water shut off while showering, but came back up after about 10 minutes & wifi signal weak. Had to add water to Hot Tub. Water level 4 inches below jets when we arrived! Kitchen was well stocked, pots, pans, dishes etc. Great location for local wineries.

Beautiful Cabin

the property offered as many amenities as it possibly could have had! The only suggestion is to have a king-size master on main floor with more comfortable mattress and better pillows (since we were paying, it is appreciated to have a comfortable king-size bed and comfortable pillows). Also, more kitchen towels would have been nice. (BTW: the light on stove is not working)

Awesome House!

This house has everything! We had a bunch of family together for a wedding and this house was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and it's equiped with everything you can imagine in the kitchen. It's a quiet location and a beautiful spot on the river. The communication with the owners was seamless and they were super helful and quick to respond. I would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Great rental

Annual Girl’s Weekend

The house was exactly as described, in a great location, convenient to the area wineries and shops. The kitchen was well-appointed, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the deck/screened in porch offered a great spot to relax and enjoy the soothing sound of the trout stream.

Great experience

This property is in a great location. We rented this house for a girls trip. There were 10 of us. The house had plenty of room for everyone and was the best stocked kitchen. This home had everything we needed. Would definately rent again!
