"Return visit to Sea Vale as a lovely house you feel immediately at home in with everything you need. All you have to do is arrive and enjoy! Wine left to welcome us a much appreciated gesture and already thinking about planning our visit next year. "It was a lovely flat with plenty of space but we were disappointed with the condition. The shower and toilet were very dirty and the sofa had all the seat cushion zips broken and the stuffing hanging out. Was not worth the money we paid and there was no welcome from the owners or information about local events etc."

"Lovely tiny home. We got there and checked in straight away. The host was very nice and answered all questions about the place, it is small however the place was immaculately clean and tidy. We were a 10 minute walk from southwick beach and a 5 minute walk to the train station to get to Brighton or where-ever you want to go. "the bungalow was clean and comfortable a little on the small side for us, would have liked a dressing table for hair and makeup and a full length mirror. The garden was perfect and our little dog loved it. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of glasses and dishes. We were lucky with the weather and were able to go out to different places. Overall a nice place to stay."

"The property is in an amazing location right on the beach with a small supermarket and a cafe within walking distance. The Lion pub about a mile away is excellent. The only negative comment I would make is that the front garden needs a bit of maintenance and finishing off in some areas. Everything else, perfect. "

"We wanted to stay close to Goodwood for the revival festival. We found this great place to stay. A really nice living room with a kitchen area , a shower room and a cosy bedroon. We even had a small courtyard to use exclusively. Highly recommend "

Celui-ci est très bien placé : proche d'un arrêt de bus qui va directement dans le centre de Brighton, supérette à l'angle de la rue... "The Penthouse was as discribed and easy to find. The seaviews are fantastic and really made the apartment a special place to rest and relax. The access was very easy and James as a host was very caring and thoughtful, even though we did not meet in person.
