"5 night stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Host was very attentive and quick to respond. Keurig did not work, and they quickly offered to fix. Could have been a little cleaner, but honestly we expected what we got because we knew they accepted animals. Everything else was wonderful. Would book again in a second. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Serenity Point Retreat. The house was clean and the beds were made when we arrived. The host did allow us an early check in however we didn't finally arrive until after check in. The property was pleasant and suited our needs. The house had nice views of the lake inside and out. Whether your looking to have friends or family down at the lake this property can accommodate you. There are some local restaurants and bars however it is a travel from the main entertainment area...

"Check in was easy, but we received the code after check in time. The house wasnt the cleanest we have stayed at, the blinds in the bathroom were covered in dust, there was dried rice and food still on the table, something had spilled in the freezer and wasnt cleaned up. We stayed with 3 toddlers, it wasnt really a fit for young kids but we made it work. Also, we could only find 3 washcloths total for 7 people. It was alright to stay at for 2 nights, we werent at the house much."

"My wife and I stayed 3 nights over the Independence Day holiday to attend the Kenny Chesney concert at Arrowhead Stadium. We loved the location of the rental, within a 10 minute walk to the Main St. Area in Lee's Summit. It was also an easy drive to Arrowhead for the concert, about 30 minutes. The house is a bit aged, but overall, comfortable. The front couch/futon was not the best to sit for extended periods, but was good for our needs. "The resort is very nice. Our cabin’s upstairs bedrooms were a little warm at night ( it was in the mid 90s on two days we were there); may require separate units for upstairs and downstairs. The kids loved the pools and fishing off the dock. We had an incident with teenagers who weren’t supposed to be at the pool. But management handled that. The restaurant/bar food was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"This is an extremely clean Inn! This Inn only opened in 2001. It's been well maintained, so it's still in very good condition. My only negative is that some stuff needs updated in the rooms. When I say that keep in mind that everything was still extremely clean. It has plenty of amenities. We took advantage of a nice hot free breakfast both mornings. We even had a nice soak in the hot tub (which is open until 10pm!) I would definitely stay again. "
