"We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed interacting with Margaret. She was very polite and attentive. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend this location. Its just a quick drive to the local shops, there is an amazing park with a castle in Portumna, and we were able to visit neighboring towns with ease. I was very impressed with the information Margaret provided. She was kind enough to print out a packet that contains everything you need to know during your stay....

"The property was better than described, being large, comfortable and with wonderful views. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Jeanette and Steve, the hosts, are delightful, being very welcoming and helpful. The area is new to us and we were surprised how close everything was and how much we enjoyed it. "Great, central location in Ireland. Could drive to Galway, Clanmacnoise, Rock of Cashel, Burren, Dublin area easily and be back. All within two hours, some even 20 minutes. Parking great and walked to pubs, music, groceries, etc. 8 family including kids. Kids loved the loft area and family loved main dining/living area. Beds basic and comfortable, price was great for family budget! Thanks Sean!"

"The house is very comfortable and well suited for a big group. The area is beautiful and perfect for holidays. The live music at the local pubs very fun. The service was excellent. We had a small problem with the hot water and was fixed in a few hours. "

"Our family of 5 adults had such a pleasant stay at the Dairy Cottage. Michael and Sheila made sure all was well for us and offered suggestions and directions for our daily excursions. We all enjoyed returning to the quiet cottage and its beautiful surroundings after our full days of adventures. I recommend the Dairy Cottage to those who want a fantastic experience in Ireland."

"Super, friendly host Joe met us and gave us an insight into the local area and lots of information. There was just the two of us but the property could easily accommodate seven people. All the facilities that we required, a true home from home. Perfect location for our days out both locally and as far as Waterford, Dublin, Galway and Westport. Thanks again Joe."

"They were four adults and three children here from the United States to visit Irish cousins. Corrigan’s Corner House was a perfect place for us to do lots of adventures on the Shannon River and easily drive to visit cousins. We did a lot of cooking and loved that the supermarket was right across the street, and there were pubs with Irish music in walking distance. We’d stay here again."

"Aufenthalt war sehr schön, Pub und Restaurant in Terryglass ist super. Drymna war sehr hilfreich Einzig das man von der Anlage zum Hafen fast 2km laufen muss weil keine Tür vorhanden ist, obwohl Luftlinie keine 100m sind."

"The house was exactly as advertised and is fabulouse if you are looking for a quiet remote location. Not being familier with Ireland I wanted someplace central we could explore from. This is not that place, everything is 1-2 hr drive. Very remote and you must have a car to get anywere from here."
