"Had 3 lovely days at Brooksyde. A very comfortable house, a home form home seaside retreat. A great base to visit Lyme Regis, Sidmouth etc. Beer is a really lovely little village with a few independent shops and restaurants. The voucher for the next door shop was a nice surprise. "Amazing location, amazing house and huge dining table so we could all break bread together! Lovely amenities and washer and dryer were a dream. Only recommendation would be to add hairdryers (at least one) and games or books, at least playing cards. Beautiful stay and highly recommend Torquay Watersports for coastal explorer -90 min. "

"This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. "the property is as the Vrbo description The beds were so comfortable. just to make people aware the property is not fully enclosed as if you have inquisitive dogs as mine are they can get into the wood at the side of the garden over a muddy stream then onto a road and leading to fields with livestock in.
