"The communication and check in were smooth. Location is alright, 10min walk from the beach, which offers good privacy. Nice touches with sun cream, towels and some basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, coffee, some cereals, and biscuits). The half-working grill let us cook some fresh fish. There is one parking spot for all cottages, which was great for our rental car, which highly recommend to have if going to this accommodation. The wifi connection is acceptable for a Zoom call. "The resort, rooms, grounds and pool were well taken. Are if and very clean. The beach was spectacular, cleaned daily and great chairs and Impella. The location was also a plus, as it was close to everything. Maybe due to being the off season, but the lack of restaurant was the only challenge. Now, ROTI KING in St. John’s was the best. "Sarah’s cottage was exactly as she described. The gardens and pool were beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed listening to the tree frogs at night and seeing all the lizards and beautiful birds. Sarah’s dog Honey was adorable, and Sarah provided us with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The house does not have air condoning which we knew when we made the reservation but we didn't know we would have extreme heat during our visit which made us very hot and unable to escape the heat.
