Great little cabin
This was a great little cabin for our Anniversary getaway! We were close to everywhere we wanted to visit, and even places we didnt know we wanted to visit. The cabin was clean with great views of the woods. The host was very accommodating

Amazing cabin in middle of wine country
This cabin is located so close to all the wineries in the wine trail. We had easy access to Alto Pass, Star view, Owl Creek, and so many more! The hot tub was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. And the owner was very great about communicating and following up. Would 500% recommend this place to anyone looking to take in the Shawnee state parks or South Illinois wine trail.

Cute little cabin in the woods surrounded by nature. Two bathroons were a real plus. Enjoyed and made use of the little hot tub on the deck, and the firepit as well. Would definitely stay there again. Wifi and reception in area was lacking,. made

Get away from it all.
This is a really cool property that is very comfortable/cozy and and away from the hustle and bustle. It really does feel like you are in a tree house and connected with nature. The deck and screened in porch are great. It was really nice for that morning cup of coffee. I refinements would take the property over the top. The water pressure/flow is very poor. It was even hard to wash a dish. The fridge was not cold. I had to use the freezer as the fridge If you don’t min being disconnected ,this is great as cell service-WiFi is as advertised…very slow. Connection for stream is not possible.

Wine Trail Get Away
Good get away to visit the wine trail. Close to many wineries but far enough away to feel away from others. The cabin was basic, but nice. It was what we were looking for because we didn’t want to stay long. Water pressure was good (many reviews complained about water pressure, but it was fixed before our visit). There were actually two bathrooms with two standup showers.

Quiet retreat
The property was very clean and located in a wuiet surrounding. Beautiful back drop behind the cabin. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable. It was centrally located to a lake, trails, bourbon bar and wineries. The property manager was friendly and made great suggestions for the activities we were wanting to do.

A little slice of heaven, a creek running right outside your front door, at night you can hear the water flowing its so calm and peaceful.. Owner is very responsive and deeply cares about your stay!! I would give him 10 stars if possible!!

Beautiful Area
I loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The home is cozy but the water pressure for showers was almost non existent. It would be nice to have better internet for rainy days. But overall nice stay and beautiful home and outdoor space.

A very pretty area
This is a beautiful piece of property with a very basic cabin. The owner was attentive and checked in on us. Overall our stay was nice and comfortable. The bed was comfortable which is a big plus. We enjoyed our time here. The only complaint I would have is a lack of water pressure. The cabin could use a water pressure tank. That would have made a huge difference. All in all, a pretty nice VRBO property.

Impressed by the privacy, nature immersed deck view of woods and creek.saw several deer while having coffee.very large firepit area.cabin was more then adequately furnished and supplied. Definitely reserve this one again.owner answers your text with a actual call.very nice!

Fun Family Getaway
We loved staying at the cabin on the creek! The creek itself provided tons of entertainment for our almost 3-year-old. Lots of hiking and outdoor entertainment nearby. The host was a fantastic communicator leading up to and on the trip dates. The outdoor spaces at the property are nice little escapes from the city! Great stay, would recommend!

Cousins getaway
This was our runaway from home weekend. The cabin was very comfortable. The hot tube was very welcome after a day of travel. I loved the creek and wish that the weather had been nicer to enjoy it more. Brian was very prompt to respond to any communication. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!
We had a great time at this little cabin. Just a few feet away from a portion of the River to River Trail. We hiked 2 of the days we were there, enjoyed the wineries with live music, and great atmosphere. Enjoyed a campfire every night along with the hot tub. We will be back!

Great Location
House was nice. Location was perfect for the many hiking trails we visited. In the woods just off the road. No neighbors to be seen from the deck area. Host was the most responsive host we have ever had. Great stay. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the wooden clue/monopoly game. Bed was comfortable. The house is on well water so i would suggest bringing bottled water. The fire pit area looked nice but we didnt use it this stay.
