Quick walk to the beach
Loved this place. It was very clean and the snacks and water were nice to have upon arrival. It was only a easy 4 minute walk to the beach. This was the perfect place to relax before our cruise. We were also lucky enough to see a rocket launch.

We spend a week in Orlando with family each year. Wanted to come over to the coast for a couple of days. This place was great! Short walk to the ocean, plenty of things to do. Lots of room for the 5 of us. Would stay here again for sure.

Great place. Awesome location
Great spot right across from the beach. Close to the port. Very welcoming with cleanliness smell and music. Great location and seems very safe. Will stay again before a cruise, but also now we are talking about just coming down and staying for 4 days to a week.

Christmas Beach Stay
Perfect spot close to the beach for Christmas stay before family cruise! Lovely backyard area. Highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn holiday brunch nearby!

Excellent beach house
We only stayed for one night but it was lovely. Lisa even answered her phone on Thanksgiving to help us with a check in issues. All was amazing and clean. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great place but cruisers take note
The house was great. It was perfect for my group of four setting out on a cruise. It would easily sleep at least eight people. There is a credit card pre authorization required after the VRBO booking. I understand why the property manager would want a deposit, but I think it should be disclosed before booking. Maybe it was disclosed and I missed it but I don’t think so. If you are cruising during hurricane season be aware of the cancellation policy. We are stuck at sea and won’t get any money back. For this reason, I’ll stick to Hiltons when coordinating cruise accommodations.

Second stay
We stayed here in the spring of 2021 and loved it so much that we came back in the spring of 2022. This is a such a fun place to stay. They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the short walk to the beach is a nice bonus. They only thing we missed were all the little coquina clams on the shore as the tide rolled back. That must have been due to the 6 week difference from when we came the year previous. Cocoa Beach is a super fun place to visit and this home was a nice place to come back to at the end of the day. We would highly recommend staying here!
