AMAZING HOUSE!
This house is awesome! My family and i stayed for 4 nights and were very impressed with the space and furnishings of the house. The location is perfect too! just a short walk to the beach or the pier. The neighborhood is quiet despite being within walking distance to a couple of restaurants/bars. The pool was clean and refreshing after a day at Kennedy Space Center. A great time was had by all for sure! I would definitely stay again if i am ever in the area. Owners Jason and Louise were so helpful and had everything fixed so nice for us. There were no issues, but i know if there had been, they were just a text/call away. Thank you both for having us!

The house was amazing. It had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic. The location to everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The house was very clean well equipped for our cooking needs. We would love to make this our yearly vacation destination.

Cannot Say Enough Good!
I honestly cannot say enough good about our experience at our home in Cocoa Beach! The home was clean, and every conceivable need was met! Communication with the home owner was always professional, kind, clear, thorough, and timely. The location was unbelievably perfect. We were a block from beautiful Cocoa Beach. The home owner supplied boogie boards, wagons, umbrellas, sand toys, towels, etc. We enjoyed being close to the pier, as well. The private pool was an added bonus, which was enjoyed immensely by the family! The beds were comfortable. The 3 bathrooms met our family’s needs. The kitchen was spacious and was stocked with everything we needed to cook at home in comfort. We will definitely return to this perfect vacation home!

4 adults 1 child age 7. Clean. Plenty of space indoors and outside. Very close to beach. Had all the beach equipment we needed. Hosts were very timely with answers. Close proximity to grocery store and restaurants. Even got to see a rocket launch from beach! Air conditioning worked great. Hopefully will return some day

Fantastic property
This property is everything you hope for in a rental property. First of all it is nice and clean. Next, it is a great location with the beach minutes away in a short walk of about 4 minutes. All you need for a day at the beach is provided in the garage. With 2 wagons to help you get it there. Chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. Ping pong table in the garage was very helpful for 2 days of cold and rain that we experienced. The house is very large which was great for the 10 people that we had. Plenty of beds and a crib and pack n play worked well for us. The added bonus is the personal heated pool. This rental is everything that it advertises. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to rent this property.

Great home with even better location
I am from Cocoa Beach and was so happy to find a beach rental that is literally 2 blocks from your door to the beach. The house was wonderful with a heated pool that all of the kids enjoyed. All of the beach items in garage were great. Bikes and little wagon to take stuff to the beach! Hope to rent again next year!

Couldn’t ask for better!
We stayed here for a 40th B-day trip and it was amazing! The home had everything we could’ve asked for. From cooking utensils including seasonings to beach equipment to games and plenty of pool items. Everything was within walking distance. Restaurants, bars, groceries and plenty of activities. The beach was literally 4 houses down the street and right on the pier! We were even lucky enough to see a night rocket launch! So cool! The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating. The house was ready go before we got there. They were extremely responsive to any questions or requests we had including a late check out on short notice to accommodate our flight time. Would 10/10 recommend and are already talking about planning another trip back!

Great large family vacation home!!
We had such a wonderful stay at Jason & Louise's place! The house was spacious and clean and was stocked with more than enough amenities to keep us comfortable. There were so many children's items which was very helpful since we had our grandkids with us. The place was perfectly located, so close to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Louise was always very quick to respond to any questions, which was so nice. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!

Great find!!!!!
We were so pleasantly surprised the house was just like the pictures. Don’t judge the outside at first sight. Inside was so big and spacious! Fit five adults with lots of room to spare. The house has everything you could need and we have stayed in many, many home aways. It was very clean with all amenities to be set. The pool was an added bonus. Don’t forget to push the button before opening the door though!!! The master bath is so big with lots of room to move around and had a full size blow dryer! Thought that was nice to have, to not have to pack one. They have games to play in the closet too. Loaded up the beach wagon with beach chairs and umbrellas that were supplied and did the short walk to the beach and nice to be able to come back in the AC for lunch. We rode bikes in the early morning to the beach as well. Jason and Louise were very easy to communicate with. My only suggestions are to have a spray nozzle on the kitchen sink for east wash and rinse of the dishes and to have a recycle can. Not a negative at all. We would definitely rent again!!!
