We had a little trouble opening the lockbox in the cold but the property manager took our call immediately. The house was very warm and cozy and perfect for our stay.

Amazing location and so much space! This place is much larger than appears in pictures. Had everything we needed and was extremely convenient for walking to the lake and fun activities! Highly recommend staying here!

Cute Home, Nice Stay!
Cute neighborhood, close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. We didn’t use the kitchen or living area but noticed it was well-stocked. The welcome book was helpful for suggestions on everything from hikes (which we did!) to restaurant's in the area. Seemed to be owned by a great, loving family who are offering guests a nice place to stay.

Perfect Location in CDA
We loved our stay in CDA! It was absolutely perfect for walking to the lake, walking to 4th of July parade - tons of restaurants and shopping located within a quick walk. The kitchen had tons of plates, cups, pots & pans. Lots of cleaning supplies available as well as the house being in great, clean condition made for a great stay for our family. We would definitely recommend this property.

Absoulutely Perfect!
If you are booking in Coeur d'Alene, this is the house you want! It is so charming and clean. The owners are very thoughful and think of everything for a comfortable stay. It has everything you need for a family. I was able to cook a full Southern Christmas dinner! The location is absolutely perfect. It is a 7 minute walk to Sherman (all of the shops and restaurants). We loved our stay so much, I didn't want to leave. Thank you.

Great location
We had a great stay here! The house was in such a great location. It was an easy few minute walk into town - to cute restaurants, coffee shops, the lake, and all the parks and beaches. The house itself was clean and comfortable. There was enough room for all 6 of us and we were able to spread out. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and it was very nice to have a laundry room. We had a great stay!

We arrived to a home that was left dirty in many spaces of the house. The house smells musty and moldy. We reached out for the owner to come and see for himself. He didn’t come and neither did the cleaning lady he promised The house is old I get it but other homes on the block do not smell like this. The yard was a mess as well and the patio furniture is not stable to sit on . Said Tuesday was yard day. Nope The pillows and mattress covers had stains and smelled horrible. rewashed the sheets and needed new pillows to sleep on The bunk room has a locked door with dirty laundry that permeated an odor that we all could say was like moldy towels. Nobody came to see or check. The location is close to downtown but that is all this had going for it. This is not a premium VRBO

Great location and size
Great location and close to downtown and all the like activities but quiet enough to sleep and relax. Being an older house the upstairs gets pretty warm. Outside areas could use a little TLC including yard, landscaping, table & chairs. Would definitely book again.
