There were plenty of (comfortable) beds for all of us, and enough seating in both the living room and at the dining table. "Celebrated my husband's 90th birthday with family and a friend. Everyone enjoyed the movie room with the very comfortable recliners and then they moved to the ping pong table and pool table. I called and the hot tub was remotely turned on and used for a few minutes by grandchildren (30-40 year olds) We watched football on one of the TV's (there are TVs everywhere). Excellent house for December weather and great for fun on lake."
