Spacious home with indoor/outdoor space.
Enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. Well located just a few minutes walk from the Sawtell Main Street which has a lovely laid back vibe. Coming from the far south of Australia, we would have appreciated the option of air-con, but soon acclimatised & got the hang of airflow & ceiling fans.

Home away from home
We are three elderly ladies, from ninety down. The house has a lovely homely feeling which appealed to us. We were able to walk to Sawtell which was nice. The house was lovely and clean, and the beds 🛏️ very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property.

Home Away from Home
Fantastic Accomodation, everything you need when away from home. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Owner was fabulous and renting for the week was so easy and communication was fantastic. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again in the future.

Lovely stay in Sawtell
We really enjoyed our week at this property in Sawtell. Everything our family needed was provided. We found it to be a very relaxing comfortable home and being within walking distance of the village and beach was superb.

Gorgeous getaway
Norelle, our host, communicated consistently with us, helping us to have a very pleasant stay. Sawtell is a beautiful place and the weather was very kind to us, too. The beds were were very comfortable and the water was hot - two important boxes ticked. 😊 Thank you, Norelle.

We really enjoyed this lovely home, the host was very generous with providing sporting equipment & pantry items ,although we bought heaps of food with us due to dietary requirements.It is in a great spot, very quiet at night.The home is very comfortable with lots of room for all.We would recommend it highly!

Comfortable and spacious
The spacious 3 bed rooms gave us lots of private space. the generous lounge area and attached balcony allowed both indoor and outdoor relaxing and dining. A nice stroll down to the main village shops for coffee. our host was friendly, generous and helpful. We will be back David

A great location with plenty of space for a family holiday
A great house for a family holiday or possibly 3 couples. Was super easy to communicate with the owner who met us on arrival. The location is a 10 minute or less walk into Sawtell shops and restaurants. Good value . The double garage was handy too. We were in town for an extended family reunion for the week and we had a ball. Totally rcommend

Fantastic property that is well maintained and in an excellent location, with a host of restaurants and cafes nearby. We had to change our booking dates several times and the host (Norelle) was always understanding and accommodated our needs. Thanks again!

Highly recommend
The perfect property for this region. Excellent location within walking distance to beach, cafes, bars and restaurants. Everything you want in a holiday rental is provided in this property including a full pantry. We will definitely be back. The host is amazing and made the process easy. Highly recommend to everyone.

Norelle was an excellent host and very helpful. Property located in a great position near beach, shops and playground, with fantastic balcony overlooking greenery. Very spacious property and nice big spa bath. Well equipped for holidaymakers and handy having access to the garage for storing paddle boards etc.

Family weekend away
Norelle was excellent to communicate with. House was in an excellent location. Fabulous deck. Would have like a doona or blanket on our bed, didn't need it till the last night but couldn't find any in the wardrobe. Also some more champaign glasses would be great, we only had 1 and had to use wine glasses, no biggie just saying. Also there is someone living downstairs which did not bother us at all as didn't hear a peep from him just wasn't aware there would be anyone there. In fact we locked up and forgot something so it definately came in handy to us ! But great host in Norelle . Love sawtell

Lovely house with excellent entertaining equipment. Plenty of glassware, salad bowls, mugs, hand towels, ice, picnic needs and even hats for those who have forgotten to bring theirs. Plenty of off street parking for visitors. Birds galore, parrots, kookaburras in garden. Easy walking distance into Sawtell’s First Ave.

Close to nature and the beauty of Sawtell
We spent a wonderful two weeks in Norelle’s house, just a short stroll to the delightful main street of Sawtel and a little further to the beaches. The house is spacious with plenty of room inside and out. We loved the deck area looking over parkland and tennis courts with plentiful bird life to entertain us. Very comfortable and well equipped house.

A home away from home!
Thanks Norelle for your wonderful family home. Brilliant location - short 5 min walk into the delightful Sawtell village. Was a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside (and Coffs is an easy 15 min drive!!). The property had everything we needed - we were made to feel like this was our "home" for the week. And that King sized bed.... wow! Loved sitting on the balcony in the afternoon with a visit from the Kookaburras. The ocean swimming with the 9am'ers was a definite highlight too. Norelle was a wonderful host - communication was very easy. We would thoroughly recommend staying here - and will happily return for another North Coast Adventure

Beautiful home in a great location
We stayed for 5 nights and found Kooringal to be a beautiful, spacious and wonderfully appointed home - lovely high ceilings, breezy large verandah and quality furnishings. The location was perfect ... within walking distance to the local shops, restaurants & cafes in Sawtell and only a short drive to the beach & parks. Norelle was a great host … and check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend this lovely home and look forward to going back again on our next trip to the Coffs Coast.
