The apartment is lovely. The kitchen, parlor, bedroom and bath were all very nice.
The front desk told us they have housekeeping each day at noon. No one showed, so we called at 4 p.m. They said someone would come straight away. At 5 called again, as no one showed up. Later a nice maintenance man brought some coffee and bisquits. The next day no housekeeping. But we were told to empty our own rubbish bins. They need to be clearer about how to get housekeeping and whether it is truly available.
The tiny road from the resort to the cabins is not very clearly marked and you go up what is the size of a golf cart trail. With pegs on both sides of the two way-one lane drive (so no way to pull off for oncoming traffic). Luckily no one else was going on the road or we would have to go backwards a few hundred feet, so that the other person could pass.
There was a wedding party who were VERY loud from the afternoon until late at night, located a few hundred feet away, but loudly amplified. This was not the quiet, country environment we were seeking.
The management staff were quite helpful several times, and two gents in suits came to help with the hob and heating system.
It was worth the money, but it would be better with many more signs guiding travelers to the cabins and with much clearer, written instructions on how to actually get housekeeping to show up, with those who stay more than one night. Night parties should not be near these units.
