"Fantastic property. 16 of us for a family birthday. Lots of different spaces so we werent on top of each other all the time. The teens really enjoyed the games room. It was also great having all of us round the huge dining table. Location is ideal so we walked in to Galashiels and also in to tweedbank , no need to get in the car. "

"We had a perfect stay here. We were greeted with a welcome basket with snacks. There was also milk, eggs, butter and bread. Everything we needed was there. It was comfortable and the location was very scenic. The hot tub was incredible. Would definitely stay there again! "

After a great day exploring to return to our quiet countryside cottage for a relaxing glass while watching the sunset over the hills as the the horses enjoying a late night snack in the paddock and the swifts and bats doing tricks was wonderful .
