"We really enjoyed our short stay here! The cottage is clean, in a great location for walking to OSF and great food, and in a good neighborhood. Communication with the owner/manager was very easy and they were responsive to our few questions. We hope to return in 2025 for a longer visit!"

"This has become our favorite place to stay in Ashland. We go there often to play at Mt. Ashland and to enjoy the Shakespeare Festival. This beautiful condo has everything we need with amazing views and a great coffee shop right across the street. We don't need to drive to enjoy downtown Ashland, everything is walking distance. It really has become a home away from home for us. "

"The Double Bed Futon on the listing is inaccurate since the couch does not fold out. The property itself was great and perfect for our girl's weekend to see the plays! Within walking distance to the theatres. I liked how the bathrooms had the sinks separate from the toilet and shower room. Great for friends."

"This 2 bedroom flat is very spacious, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy your company. The front room has a dining area, and spacious sitting area overlooking Main Street. There is a tv room, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. It’s is a very cozy, comfortable and homey flat. Walking distance to everywhere is downtown Ashland. The street noise is a factor. The host has supplied everything possible to make it tolerable. We were not bothered by it, but it is like staying centrally in a city environment....

"The house was extremely cozy and comfortable. It was fairly isolated and yet only 10 minutes away from good breakfast spots and everything else. We also were able to meet the horses which was very fun. We didn't have pets but the house seemed perfect for anyone with them. Only bummer i guess was that we weren't able to sign into Netflix, but that's super minor. We just ended up watching a ton of cold case files haha would 100% stay again "

"We were a family group in town to visit our sister several miles away. This home was lovely, well-equipped, super comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet with dedicated parking. The upstairs bedrooms were a bit overheated at night and the floors / stairs creaked as mentioned by other reviewers, but nothing out of the norm for an older house. Will definitely try to stay here again!"

"This beautiful home surpassed our highest expectations for a secluded, comfortable, charm-filled Christmas retreat that could sleep 7 adults and one 2 year-old comfortably. It was well-equipped, clean, private and perfectly situated for hiking, skiing or lounging at the top of Siskyou Pass. Our host Micheline was also just delightful. It was a wonderful place - by every measure - in which our family could Christmas together."

"This was a great place to stay while visiting family in Ashland. The location was perfect, peaceful and beautiful! The bed was very comfortable with lots of comfy pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed that some items were already there such as coffee! It was very clean, organized and well thought out. We had everything we needed! We really enjoyed the fireplace on the chilly mornings! We will stay here again and can highly recommend this place!"
