We will be back!...
We just stayed at Majestic Manor with a group of 7! (2 of which were minors)...anyone who has done that before knows how difficult it can be to find a place to meet everyone's expectations...We had ZERO complaints on this VRBO! The view was insane! We all loved waking up to those gorgeous Rockies! And in the evening, that hot tub was the perfect way to end the day! Instead we all raved constantly about how perfect this place was and how the hosts had thought of everything! Jonas was kind enough to scrape snow from the driveway and back deck for us and offered tons of local recommendations! He and Brenda are a very hospitable couple!We hated to leave but cannot wait to come back! Thank you Brenda and Jonas

Picturesque opportunities
Our stay was great! I had a beautiful scenic view from the deck while doing my college homework and from the hot tub. We even climbed on a couple of rocks and took some christmas pictures. Jonas and Brenda were very informative and polite. Jonas gave ua a huking apot called Pulpit rock....worth the ahirt hike!

Amazing Property!
This property is amazing! The view of Pikes Peak from the deck is absolutely stunning. We would sit outside everyday and have coffee. Very pet friendly, we had three dogs and I think they enjoyed the stay more than we did. The property itself is really nice. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and bedding and very clean. The host was super responsive and hospitable. Loved the binder of recommendations! The property is located in a unique neighborhood that is close to everything. We will definitely go back!

Location, amenities, and the nicest hosts!
I stayed at this property with my two cousins to celebrate our 40th birthdays. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and would definitely recommend this place to others. Location We stayed for three full days and the location was central to all of our activities which included: zip lining in the royal gorge, touring wind cave, and hiking garden of the gods. This location felt central to all and it was very easy to drive everywhere and the driveway parking made it easy to come and go. Amenities The outdoor space is amazing. There is a small putting green and a ton of seating areas and fire places. The hot tub was the perfect way to debrief on our days and the view was amazing whether during the day or night. Hosts The hosts were perfect! When we arrived they provided a welcome basket and wine. Their welcome book was super informative and even included tips on activities in the area. I even messaged the hosts quick questions and they responded immediately and were so polite and kind. Overall Overall the place was super clean. The kitchen was the perfect size and allowed for my cousins and I to make several meals in their kitchen. The smart tv was hooked up to a ton of streaming services so we could end each night with a movie. Thank you so much for making our stay so nice!!

Best place to stay in all of Colorado!
The house and views are absolutely amazing. There are so many great amenities and things to enjoy without even leaving the property. It’s very clean and organized, we felt right at home and had no issues finding or operating anything in the home. Brenda is extremely attentive, kind, and accommodating. She went out of her way many times to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. She is an amazing host and cannot thank her for her hard work enough. The location is great with many restaurants and things to see near by. Lots of trails to hike and things to explore. You will not find a better place to stay or better hosts in Colorado. We cannot thank you enough and really look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful & All the Amenities & Necessities
This property was beautiful, well decorated, updated, and included everything we needed plus more. It had soft plush towels and robes. All kinds of amenities in the bathroom in case you needed or forgot any. It had a little putt putt my son loved and the nicest pull out couch I've ever seen. It had beautiful views and comfortable out door furniture to enjoy them on. The hot tub with the views was very much enjoyed by all. Wish we had stayed there more days!

Property is nice and priced fairly, views are amazing. Driveway is a bit awkward, but house is built by mountains/hills. Would appreciate a couple of flat bed sheets if someone wants to cover up with something lighter than a blanket. Granted we visited on two very hot days. Thank you!

Fantastic gem in northern Colorado Springs
Stayed at this location while attending the Fallen Firefighter Memorial. The location was great. Close enough to downtown but far enough to help you relax. The deck had an amazing view of Pikes Peak and was very welcoming. The home was beautiful and had everything you would need. The hosts even had snacks and a bottle of wine left out for us. Beds were comfortable we slept great. The hot tub was well needed after long days at the memorial. Communication was great and the check in/out process was super easy. I will definitely book again here without any hesitation. Thank you so much.

Amazing Accommodations and Location
We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Our hosts thought of everything and more. The home was clean, comfortable, well equipped and had special touches that were truly appreciated. The location was quiet and private but convenient to everything. Having no stairs was a plus. We loved the outdoor space. Birthday / Anniversary Trip
If you are looking for great mountain views in a peaceful setting, then you will love "Majestic Pikes Peak Manor".. The homeowners have worked hard to make everything nice and comfortable. The things we really liked were the outdoor areas and views, the spacious rooms, the complimentary bottle of wine and snacks, seeing wildlife and the central location. We found the homeowners were very quick to respond to all of our needs. This was our first experience staying in a VRBO that the homeowners lived on-site. For the most part that was NOT an issue. A few times we were disturbed by early morning activity including their motorcycle at 6:30 am. Overall, we would highly recommend trying this place in beautiful Colorado Springs! Absolutely wonderful stay!
Our family of 5 stayed three nights while on a cross-country roadtrip, and Majestic Pikes Peak Manor was our absolute favorite place we stayed! We loved the views, hot tub and exploring the back yard. Everything was clean and SO well stocked. Everything was labeled and directions were very clear. The bedrooms are large and very spacious. It’s also close to restaurants, grocery stores and major attractions like Garden of the Gods and The Air Force Academy. If we ever make our way back to Colorado Springs, we will definitely stay again!

Even better than pictures on listing!
This was the perfect location, conveniently located in a neighborhood near restaurants and such yet nestled in nature with an amazing view. I would come back just to sit on the deck! Inside had everything we needed, and we appreciated the ease of departure, not having to strip beds or take out the trash like so many places. Beds were very comfortable, and the entire unit was clean (I’m high maintenance on cleanliness!).

Perfect view of pikes peak
This place was amazing. Amazing location, beautiful house. We were able to do lots of site seeing and hiking during the day and at night we relaxed. Owner Brenda was great! Would highly recommend this house.

Great Location!
Perfect location to be able to see things. We enjoyed watching the snow diminish on Pike’s Peak as the kids enjoyed the hot tub. This is a basement unit that is amply supplied. Owners are upstairs and obviously take good care of this property. We were thankful for the level of cleanliness. *Vrbo had a system-glitch which was no fault of the owner, however I could not access the info needed for the home. Make sure you have necessary info ahead of time.

The property was so clean and tidy! There were so many little things that made a big difference--big towels for the hot tub, beautiful cafe lights for nighttime visiting outside, lots of coffee choices, detergent pods, great parking...I could go on. My family was ecstatic that the check out instructions told us not to do anything. No stripping the beds, sweeping, putting towels in the washer, taking out the trash...nothing! The Manor was delightful. Our hosts were attentive, yet allowed us privacy. We had a lovely time.
