Fabulous Family Getaway
My wife and I take our 4 kids, spouses and 6 grandkids on an extended weekend experience for our Christmas’s present to them. We look for a property with lots of space and activitiesThis property had it all! The pool was a favorite with the grand kids and some of the adults did early morning laps. The wood burning fireplace was such a nice treat from the gas one we have at home. Nothing like a crackling fire when it’s single digits outside. The hot tub was a favor for the Adults. Plenty of room for the 15 of us. Played a lot of pool And, shuffleboard. Everyone loved the place and had a very memorable long weekend!

Amazing getaway with Peak views
This was a beautiful getaway off the beaten path. You’ll find everything you need including some neat extras like an indoor lap pool!!! The outdoor fire pit was also amazing. Truly an amazing stay

family get together in Colorado Springs
We stayed here with family (children and grandchildren). The house was beautiful and had so much to do for all ages. The house was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our family! The location was gorgeous! We saw deer in the backyard. The pool and hot tub were fabulous as well. I would definitely stay here again! The view was amazing!

Ladies Weekend
We had our Ladies of Grace (ministry in Colo Springs CO) retreat at this home. This is an annual event for us and everyone really enjoyed the property. We had devotionals, we hiked, we ate and ate and ate and had the best time. It really is a lovely home. We appreciate the owners opening up their home so we could have a beautiful time talking about Jesus.

Firefighters Memorial Visit
This house is amazing. We all had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our visit. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the house. The hot tub was great, the pool was fun and all of the games were lots of fun.

Nice house, lots of space
The house is nice and mostly private location. There were A LOT of rules. It scared us to not want to even touch some things and risk something going wrong. Owner was prompt in responding, but kind of rude. The rules sent by the owner don't match the instructions at the house, so that was confusing. Kitchen was well stocked with plates/silverware, but lacking in dish towels and such. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to have space. Overall, it was a nice place for the whole family to stay.

The view west towards Pike's Peak is incredible. My family loved the big kitchen and all the gaming activities. Smart on your part to separate them into 3 distinct areas. The younger grands really enjoyed the pool area. House rules were very detailed.

The house was fun. The wooded location was beautiful, and it was reasonably close to the attractions we wanted to see (Pike’s Peak, Zoo, Garden of the Gods, etc.). The house had great amenities—lots of beds, two refrigerators and freezers, indoor pool, new hot tub, outdoor swing/gym for the kids, etc.)

Great for multiple families
We comfortably had 14 people (5 kids, 9 adults) stay at the house for 5 days. The location is beautiful and remote. We sat in the hot tub in the evening and watched the deer. The outside area has tons of nice seating and a fire. There are so many "extras" in this house compared to others we've stayed in. Lots of toys and games for kids and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and plenty of dishes and silverware. Would definitely recommend for a large group.

Perfect spot for multi generation family gathering
Spacious home in quiet area on the edge of Co Springs area. The kitchen and dining area is spacious and outdoor seating was also generous. Pool was enjoyed by the kids and is well secured for safety. Be prepared to drive 20 - 40 minutes to reach some attractions such as Manitou, Pike's Peak, etc. About 15 minutes to get to I25 at Monument and some of it is a dirt road in somewhat rough condition. Likewise about 15 minutes to fetch supplies or carryout from several good food choices. With those caveats, the house and property were very good for our purpose, which was a space for three generations to eat and relax together. Owner was immediately available for our questions.

Great Family Home
We had over 2 feet of snow which caused us to be in the house for over 2 days straight. The house was big enough and had plenty of activities to keep everyone (13 adults and 3 kids) from going stir crazy. Beautiful home/property and great owners.

If I could rate the house only…
First off, the home is beyond amazing. Great location. Past that it goes downhill. We drove in from Tx. It was late and had just snowed. It was hard to see. The area is beautiful but it was hard to find the property in the dark with so much snow. We didn’t have sheets on some of the beds. The room we chose had dirty pillowcases and stained sheets. We slept on top of the covers under a blanket with our own pillows because there were not extra in the house. The grandkids had to do the same with the bunkbeds. The following day, the cleaning crew came and put sheets on but left the dirty pillowcases. The pool looks blue in photos but it’s actually greenish. The breaker had tripped so the pool was cold. It was dirty and green. When I called the property owner, she said that the pool guy would be there in 3 hours. We stayed at the house since he would have to go inside to get to the pool. He wasn’t there so I texted her where she told me that he wasn’t coming and it was supposed to be green like that. It was dirty and green. We know pools. It was not supposed to be green with things floating in it. The pool guy came by and cleaned it and added chemicals. We had ants in the kitchen, on the counters and floors. We had them in the bathrooms. The insides of drawers and cabinets were dirty where utensils and dishes are. The floors were not swept. Whoever the cleaning crew is needs to be fired. The property owner did give us an extra day for free.

Beautiful home with beautiful views. Be prepared to bring your own paper towels and shampoos/conditioners. Not many kitchen towels for drying dishes. Overall, beautiful home stocked with much of what you need for cooking. Would recommend this property!

Feels like having a State Park Inn all to yourself
Wonderful property. I always wanted to stay here based on the description and my wife wanted a house with a pool but not in the typical places we go. I said that I knew the perfect place. The house had a lovely Christmas tree for the season and a huge kitchen filled with all kitchen needs. Both the living room and master bed lead to the pool, which is wonderfully warm. The pool is quite long and about 3 to 4 feet deep. One day we saw a large herd of elk outside the master bedroom window. Walking down the driveway feels like being in a state park. The game room has a table top arcade game with scores of games, which renewed my Centipede addiction. The on off switch for the arcade table is where the electrical cord is placed into the table. Monument CO is the nearest town with Walmart and restaurants. We loved Jarrito Loco for Mexican food and wish we had a franchise near home. Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak are very close drives. Homeowner is very responsive and handyman Tom was super helpful with questions. We loved our stay!
