We were 6 adults a 2 year old and a 2 month old. This house afforded us a lot of room to sleep comfortably. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It was a good location for us.
When I made the reservation, months ago, I had asked if there was a PacnPlay available. I was told that there was. A week or two before our stay, I contacted Patriot Homes and was told that they did not have a Pac n Play. This resulted in us having to secure one. Upon our arrival, I found one in the closet of the master bedroom. Someone had not done their due diligence.
We hosted a small dinner for our graduate and utilized the wrap around balcony. My husband found that some of the railings were loose which was a concern because of the 3 year old. We were able to use rope to tie around those rails, that were secure, to keep her from fallen through. The deck really needs work. Lots of rotted wood. The steps leading up to the house have some very loose steps. They are very loose!
We did three loads of wash while we were there and upon trying to dry the 3rd load, there was an EXTREMELY load noise. It sounded like metal upon metal. The person to whom we spoke was willing to come out right away but since we had been able to dry the clothes by hanging them around the house, we told him it was not necessary to come right away.
So all in all, the accommodations were fine. I did need to buy a knife sharpener and some washable cutting boards. I left some mixing bowls too.
