"This cabin is just as described. It felt like we were right at home. The bed was comfy. Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking items you would need--we did cook a few meals here. We also checked out several of the local restaurants and towns. We enjoyed several evenings on the enclosed deck--it was just so nice to sit and listen to nature and be lost in your thoughts. The neighborhood is beautiful. There is a cabin next door that can be rented as well--we talked about having our kids/grandkids...

"The road to the cabin had been washed out so we could not get to it. The host offered to let us stay at another cabin they had which was unrented. We just paid more for cleaning and stayed there. The cabin was well supplied with everything you need. We loved it and really enjoyed staying there. We hope to stay there again sometime in the future."

"We had wonderful time spending our Thanksgiving holydays in this property. We would really like to thank our host Mrs. Liz for convincing us to come when we were having second thoughts as we thought that the area and property were damaged by the hurricane Helen. The house is very convenient at all 3 levels and views are amazing. We would highly recommend this property for families (including 4 legged members 😊) who would like to enjoy the beautiful nature NC has to offer."

We were excited to have 4 bathrooms with our large family, but unfortunately, you could only run or use one thing at a time or the water pressure went down to a trickle. "Check in was simple and efficient, and our host was an timely communicator. The house is clean and spacious with ample in and outdoor space for lounging. Very dog-friendly front and back porch. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, plenty of linens. The creek is just behind the house and provides for a lot of fun exploring. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for anyone looking to stay in the area!"
