We stayed at this property in May, 2022, for 3 days. Overall, it's fine, and suited our needs. It is walking distance from quite a few restaurants and a good coffee place (Iron Bank) and the river. Checkin and checkout were totally painless, and the electronic door locks are a nice touch.
The house itself is old and none of the floors are level. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, and 2 upstairs. The upstairs bedrooms do share a tiny half bath. The stairs are very typical for an old house and have narrow treads.
The air conditioning works, which is pretty important in Georgia! The a/c unit is outside the downstairs bedroom window and it is loud. All of the ceiling fans and floor fans also worked, so we stayed pleasantly cool.
All of the appliances were in working order. Everything is noisy - the washer, the dryer, and the plumbing were all notably loud.
I would say this is not particularly friendly to travelers with small children. There's no way to plug the tub for a bath, for example, and the single bathtub/shower is not in great shape. The porch does not have a railing and is fairly high.
We found our stay pretty satisfactory in general.
