The accommodation was as pictured, the shower was hot and powerful, the kitchen had 2 electric hob rings/microwave and fridge. All the required utensils for simple cooking, tea, coffee and sugar . Logs for the wood burner were also provided."

"We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter."

"Beautifully renovated cottage that offered easy access to fulfill needs of our visit without having to rent a car with its attendant frightening UK driving. We loved the hand hewn exposed wooden beams. The only downside for us was street side loud vocalizations by apparently drunken pedestrians that occasionally kept us awake at night."

"We were all very impressed with the place, for a huge property it was exceptionally clean everywhere and filled with everything you need. Bigger with some older style rooms, it gave a great feel for hide and seek. It provided a good base for all of us to hang out together whilst giving some space, great for games and a couple walks in the area. We really enjoyed our cold pond dips followed by warming up in the hot tub. This was already warmed up for us on arrival and lots of wood and starters...
