"The modern kitchen, beautiful grounds and historic stairways and rooms were so clean and comfortable for us. I was impressed because it’s not easy to keep such an old property in such a clean condition! I even had a bath one night. We loved exploring the woods and small stream around the house as well as getting out to other spots around Scotland. The house was out of the way but easily accessible even for those used to driving on the other side of the road! Loved our time here. Only downside...

"Lovely new property - had everything you needed and very spacious. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Fabulous stay and would love to come back!"

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Von hier hat man einen idealen Ausgangspunkt nach Stirling und Edinghburgh und kehrt anschließend in eine herrliche Idylle zurück. Die Gastgeber sind sehr warmherzig und offen und haben uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und unsere Ausflüge gegeben. Zudem wurden wir mit Milch, Toast, Butter und Schokolade begrüßt.Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.Lars, Dagmar, Mathis und Hannes K."

"The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them!"

"Cottage was excellent, with an amazing welcoming grocery pack which was really appreciated and unexpected. Cottage was next to a small river which after the rain turned into a swollen river. Everyone was really friendly, will be returning and recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the area."

"My two friends and I had a weekend away at Logie Cottages. We had a wonderful time. The cottage is a very high standard and has all the amenities you might need. The hot tub was great and the setting is picturesque. Georgina allowed us to check in early. I would recommend staying here. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Thimblewynd from Aug 09 - 24 and would recommend cottage to others. Cottage was ideally suited for two of us. Loved the character of the house combined with the modern amenities i.e. updated upstairs bathroom. We loved the location in Dunning with a short walk to local Nisa store that had a great selection of items, and the lovely Kirkstyle pub just down the road.
