"The place was nice; check in process was easy; surprised us that it had 2 lofts; and had wonderful hot water. However, there were a few issues. Upon entry, there was dirty laundry on top of the not hooked up yet washer and dryer. Found dirty plates, cup and silverware inside the cupboards. There was no dishrag or sponge to wash the dishes. Had a bbq grill but no grill utensils. Overall, we still all enjoyed the stay."

The only complaint is the mattresses . 1 was a air mattress, 1 was some sort of thick padding ,and the main bedroom was an older spring mattress that was very hard to sleep on. "We take a yearly trip to KC to watch the Chiefs play live. We are older in life, and try to find quiet places to stay for our group. The house was perfect for my wife and I, and two of our friends. We enjoyed a pleasant evening and great nights sleep before our busy Sunday at the game. We come back next time if available. "

"The check in was flawless. Clean bright kitchen. Spacious bedrooms. Nice to have a bedroom and bathroom on ground floor for the old folks. Kids liked being able to watch tv and eat without disturbing others. One lamp was missing in a bedroom, was suppose to be replaced during our stay but didn't show up.
