Geen typisch zonstrand en geen gebied met strandtenten, wel heerlijk gebied om langs de zee te wandelen of te fietsen. "Das Haus war schmutzig, es gab weder Handtücher noch Bettwäsche, diese war aber bestellt und bezahlt!!!! Das Waschbecken in der Küche war verstopft, auch die Spülmaschine konnte nicht benutzt werden! Sämtliche Versuche, Kontakt zum Vermieter oder novasol aufzunehmen, liefen ins Leere! Nie wieder novasol oder GeWo direkt!"

"NOVASOL are horrible to work with. If you attempt to contact them via VRBO messaging, they will ignore your messages for months at a time. They will refuse to rent bed linens and towels to you, even though they don't provide them. They will also accuse you of 'not contacting them immediately' with issues, even though their internal booking system lists an out of date phone number and does not list their hours of operation for the chat system. "Erstmal das positive: Ruhige Lage und Strandnähe sind super! Auf der Terrasse (mit Meerblick!) war ein großes Loch und die Möbel waren alt und ungepflegt. Leider waren im Wohnraum nur 1 Glühbirne verfügbar, bei 4 Lampen. Katastrophal fand ich ehrlicherweise die Kissen. Widerlich vergilbt. Küche ok. Großer Mangel am TV Gerät ist die Buchse für das Kabel ausgebrochen. Der Schaden (TV Gerät) sowie eine nicht gereinigte übergebene Wohnung wurde an den Agenten und Vetmittler in deutschenglisch/dänisch per sms/email mitgeteilt. "leider mussten wir bei Ankunft erstmal an manchen stellen Spinnen enfernen. Ein weiterer halber Stern war das wir den Toaster benutzten und dieser aufgrund eines elektirchen Fehlers des Gerätes leider kaputt ging. Auf Nachfrage und Kontakt wurden wir von Novasol mit der Antwort abgespeißt das der Toaster ja nicht Teil des Inserates sei und somit nicht ersetzt werden kann! Das war ärgerlich, den ich denke gerade so etwas wie ein Toaster sollte mitlerweile Standart in einer Ferienhausküche...
