"Al día siguiente a mi llegada les comunique que el frigorífico no funcionaba y que la caldera de calefacción y agua caliente se ponía fuera de servicio constantemente. El problema de la caldera lo solucionaron siete días después de mi llegada y el frigorífico nunca funcionó y estuve alojado 9 noches. ..."
