"Check-in was flawless. Room was clean and ready. Private parking and personal entry to the unit was nice. Great outdoor seating area. There is no bathroom sink, but a small kitchen sink outside the BR. Limited kitchen appliances, no stove, there's a small refrigerator and a microwave. Nice shower. Shower only has warm water, kitchen tap has hot water. Fast internet and great A/C. Location is amazing. 2 min. walk to beach. Minutes to restaurants and stores. "We stayed at the Rowdy Rooster for Father's Day weekend and had a great time! Had an early check-in, was able to walk to shops.The area had good dining options and we liked seeing the train pass behind the property. The house was updated and the furniture and beds were comfortable. "
