"Beautiful neighborhood, very friendly surroundings. Host lives in his, but it was very quiet, which we appreciated. Home and room were beautiful. Only thing I'd point out is perhaps investing in a replacement shower head. Would be good to have a few more coffee pods and creamer available (we are coffee freaks!). Overall 5 stars, the host was more than gracious and accommodating. Would recommend. Would stay again. Thank you. "

This would have influenced our decision to rent due to potential noise and privacy with our small children. Additionally, check-in was delayed by 3 hours as the room was not ready on time. "Our family group had the perfect place to stay while in town for a family reunion. The Vine is an older home with amazing charm plus modern conveniences for a great combination and comfort. "The property was nice and served our purpose. There are 3 bathrooms, but only one with a shower. A few items need repairs and upkeep maintenance. One of the bedroom televisions didn't work. The 2 window unit ac units don't cool the bedrooms unless you leave the bedroom doors open. We felt like stripping the beds and put them in the laundry room was an odd request. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
