"The building is beautiful, as is the park. I think the staff who checked us in need to improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff and checkout staff were wonderful. The hotel smells awful, and the room cleaning is terrible. It's a great shame since the building is beautiful and the natural surroundings are a unique wonder. "The bed, pillows, and couch were comfy, and the room was well-equipped. The bathroom and living area were roomy. The continental breakfast was 100% yummy, with friendly staff and something for everyone (go for the Belgium waffles). The outdoor pool had chairs, tables, loungers, and towels. The only thing I would change would be to lower the A/C when you first come into the registration desk. Brrrr. Like a blast from the Arctic! But not a deal killer for this lovely, well-kept hotel.
