"The property is in a stunning location overlooking the mountains, a short drive to the pretty village of Kilmacthomas. There were ten adults in our party, for a family reunion. Games room well stocked, plenty of room and space for everyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything better, the host, Helen, was very communicative and we have no complaints in any respect,. Looking forward to our next stay. "

"The property is as described and has everything to keep a broad range of guests happy and satisfied. Barbara is the owner/host. She is the most gracious, charming, funniest, kindest, most helpful and accommodating host we’ve ever dealt with in over 20 years of this type traveling. This woman could/should give lessons on how to run a hospitality business. This is an amazing part of Ireland and this is a good, central base to explore from."

"This place and the surrounding area are amazing in my opinion. I learned the hard way, but you deff need a car in this area. The towns all around are cute and have a nice old school charm. And Lismore castle and gardens are amazing. Just wish the lord and lady would allow tours of the castle."

"We originally booked a 1 bedroom but the night before we got there we were told that wasn’t available and we were being given a different unit. I felt uncomfortable with that at such late notice but the house we were given was much larger and grander. The location was perfect for our stay and travels. The owner was kind and helpful. They have a family farm and were working a lot so we appreciated his time. The views are pretty and it was very peaceful."

"Owner was in contact straight with a very extensive information package running to several pages. He also contacted us by TELEPHONE directly from the USA! The booklet emphasised the wooden floors (several times) as also he did (several times) which was a tad OTT (or maybe just tor us standoffish Brits). The irish contact however was really helpful and left the key in an agreed place for us. When we arrived, we were not quite sure which cottage was ours so a sign might be useful. Upon arrival...

"Lovely rural location , property very well equipped especially in Kitchen and utility room Interaction with local representatives of owner very good and helpful. Main Bathroom very serviceable, but shower cubical could do with refresh Overall a great stay"

"The property and location was lovely shame I was on a working trip I would of loved to of spent more time there "

"There is not much going on in Fermoy, but it is possible to drive to some major attractions such as the national park if you don’t mind a bit of a drive. The house is very tastefully decorated and well equipped, but it is very small and the beds are listed as queens. If you are coming from America, please note this means full. Not a lot of room for suitcases, but the listing clearly stated how small it was. Overall acute little place, but not really in a destination spot."

Abstriche gab es lediglich in der vorhergegangenen Kommunikation mit der Agentur, welche über diese Seite schlicht komplett ignoriert worden ist. Ebenfalls als negativ ist noch der Warmwasserbehälter zu verzeichnen, welcher über dem Bett thronte. "Very high level of service, so nice staff. you can feel that the hotel is getting older but for my one night stay it was perfect. the bed was nice and maybe only thing was the radiator, it was so hot and had to sleep with the window open as you can't change it. the souroundings are stunning. "

Un hotel con encanto ideal para visitar Cashel

"Muy agradable en un hotel histórico. Nos dieron una familiar muy bonita, con vistas al castillo. La cama supletoria estaba un poco vieja y la habitación es pequeña para una familia de 4, 2 adultos y 2 menores. El desayuno nos encantó y la calidad de la comida del restaurante. La recepcionista es un encanto pero el personal del restaurante son poco amables. "

A great place to stay.
