WORST HOTEL EVER BEEN, THEY KILLED MY HOLIDAY MOOD
We stayed there from 10th to 11th of February. After weeks travelling South East Asia, I am sure to say this was the worst hotel and experience I have ever had in my life regarding a hotel.
- Overpriced. For the same price you could enjoy other 5 star resorts in the area that are much better in all terms of quality and service.
-They offer no services that are for free. They will try to overcharge you all the time, at checkout they tried to charge us extra drinks we did not order.
- Poor quality of the food.
-Poor maintenance of the resort. Garden is simply a mess. Chairs and beds in the swimming pool and garden area are old, dirty and not renovated since at least 5-10 years ago. Towels look dirty and old. They have not enough beds in the swimming pool for all the customers and they only have 4 umbrellas to protect from the sun in the swimming pool.
- Poor maintenance of the environment. Palm trees and garden in this hotel have no maintenance, they do not spend money on it. Huge branches from palm trees fell down but fortunately no one was hurt, a British couple was lucky by less than 2 meters.
- Hotel lies in their description, they presume of having a nice beach and a nice gym, both of them are not true.
Very bad experience, we were looking for relax in the hotel, and we had to be in constant tension to make sure they do not fool us and to make sure that a palm tree branch does not fall into us.
