"Siamo arrivati in un periodo molto freddo ,ma l'hotel era caldo e accogliente in quanto tutto il pavimento dell'hotel si riscalda. Le lenziola e gli asciugamani sono puliti e profumano. Il personale era molto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Il parccheggio di fronte lho sempre trovato libero ,nonostante si trovi in centro di Chisinau. Ogni mattina per chi beve caffé all'ingresso ce una macchina da caffe dove ci si può preparare il caffe gratuitamente."

"Wir haben das Haus mit 7 Erwachsenen im Rahmen eines Hilfsgütertransportes nach Moldau gebucht. Wir kommen bereits seit 19 Jahren nach Moldau. In diesem Jahr war es besonders schwierig eine Unterkunft zu finden, da viele unser alten Unterkünfte an ukrainische Flüchtlinge vermietet sind. Wir waren sehr froh, in letzter Minute noch diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben. Das Haus ist super neu, modern und luxuriös. Solche Unterkünfte hatten wir bislang noch nie. Die Abwicklung hat sehr gut geklappt....

"This is BINGO! The appartment is just incredible! High ceiling, huge windows, open space, superfast internet, clean, etc. People with health issues and small children should consider the fact that the apartment is located on the fourth floor of old stone building, which has no elevator. "I confirmed a shuttle service with the hotel. The shuttle service never came to pick me up to the airport. I waited for 35 minutes trying to get hold of the hotel without success. When I arrived to the hotel, no explanation was given and they denied the shuttle serviced as it was never arranged. Next day in the morning, they actually checked my reservation, everything was in place but they did not know why did not come to the airport. No further explanation given. No apologies no compensation....
