July Stay
This is the second time we stayed here and had an enjoyable, relaxing time with family and friends. Unfortunately the weather didn’t entirely cooperate but we were able to do some hiking and sightseeing as well as participate in the Plainfield 4th of July parade. Fishing is usually excellent on the Connecticut River but the torrential rains prohibited that. Overall it was a great visit and accommodations were very nice. Look forward to returning!

Cornish rural retreat
This was our second stay at this art-filled home. Our first stay was between Christmas, 2022 and the new year. The great thing about staying here in the late spring was use of the screened in room off the living room and being able to take extended walks up into the adjoining hills. It is a beautiful, homey, clean home that we would highly recommend.

Great house filled with art in a peaceful setting
We loved staying at this property. The house is well laid out and full of engaging art. The kitchen has all the equipment that we could have asked for. As our stay was during a cold last week in December, we really enjoyed the gas fireplace. The house is next to a covered bridge spanning Blow Me Down Brook, which cascades under the bridge. It’s in a great location to take long walks through the New Hampshire countryside. Suzanne, the property manager, is quick to respond to questions. I hope we can return to this home sometime.

Special, Peaceful and Updated Property
Immediately impressed with this lovely cottage located in a quiet corner of NH but close to Vermont attractions. We were looking for rest, relaxation, and to reconnect and we found this more. Quiet and cozy
Hone is very quiet and cozy if you prefer the older vibe, We had a great time. The place is fully equipped with everything from electronics to kitchen appliances. Honestly all you need to take with you is your clothes, favorite food and some drinks, everything else is there for you. Very surprised of the stuff that were there in the kitchen and other need. Place is very clean and smells fresh like new. Highly recommend 👌

Great home, wonderful location!
Owner has supplied everything for comfortable living in this beautifully restored, cozy home. Back fence overlooks bubbling stream, with covered bridge nearby. Screened porch is hard to leave. We totally relaxed and would love to come back.

This house and neighborhood were even more lovely than the vrbo description offered. Within easy distance of St. Gaudens NHP, Lebanon, great spots for walking. Leaving the tranquility of the screened porch was the biggest challenge!

We had a very relaxing time. Erika has 4 little girls and it was good to be able to chat and spend time together. And knit!! All the girls had requests!! Beautiful home. Very comfortable. Great Holiday Stay
We would like to thank you for a wonder holiday stay at your very special home in Cornish, New Hampshire. It is a historic gem filled with special surprises like crystal and china, vintage children's toys and books, art work, tablecloths and napkins. Add an updated kitchen and baths and it worked extremely well for us. We plan to return and stay again.

Peaceful and Inspirational
My three-night stay was truly a treat. The entire house is beautifully and tastefully appointed. I was grateful for the calming quietness, the magical sunrises, and the soothing sound of the brook behind the house. In the early morning hours, when the snow was still reflecting blue, the neighbor’s miniature ponies were faintly visible through the mist as they had their morning meal. I enjoyed seeing the little animal tracks meandering along the bank of the brook. The Roku worked great and I especially took advantage of listening to my music as it filled the house via Bluetooth on the sound bar. At night, I slept like an unconcerned child. My final morning there it was only 7 degrees outside, but I had no idea until I stepped outside and saw the temperature displayed on my dashboard! The house was so warm and cozy it made it difficult to tear myself away. Sadly, I pulled away and over the covered bridge I went…..
