"We were just staying overnight en route to the Isles of Scilly. Welcome relief after a long car journey - we arrived late but key safe meant easy to just open up without fuss. Compact but with everything you need and very clean. Looks like a good base if we were staying longer too. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful week in Cornwall with our daughter, son-in-law and Grandaughter. Seashells did not disappoint with having the added facilities of the Retallack resort to hand. Having a master bedroom upstairs for us and then the king bedroom and twin downstairs worked perfectly for us. Location in Cornwall allows access to everywhere"

"This is a beautiful property which is a perfect base to explore beaches and areas around padstow. The accommodation was very clean and contained everything needed for our stay. Beautiful views and outdoor area. Lovely touches such as milk in the fridge and tasty biscuits on arrival. Atlantic taxi company was very welcome for getting in and out of Padstow (avoiding busy parking). Rick Steins cornish arms pub is within walking distance. "Our family love staying in Porthtowan with it's amazing beach, great surf and friendly atmosphere. We've stayed in Towan Valley a number of times and this property is ideal for us. Short walk to the beach, clean, well equipped and with plenty of space for us and our two teenage boys."

"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. "This was our second time staying at Lynstone Lakes, and it didn't disappoint. The cabin was super clean, and had everything we needed, including a litre of milk, toilet paper and clean towels. The kitchen is really well stocked too with utensils and equipment. The location is brilliant, secluded so its quiet, but only a 15 minute walk into Bude along the road, or slightly longer along the scenic canal. "A lovely place to stay and relax. Very quiet. Facilities are excellent. Location is within easy reach of St Michael's Mount and other places of interest. Owners are friendly and helpful. Their 🐕 are even friendly! We enjoyed our stay."
