we had a nice time and good communication. definitely needs some updates with wood chipping off the sides of the house and benches to sit outside. there was mouse poop on my sons mattress and one of the pull out bed mattresses. I addressed this and nothing was done.

Overall Belle Eire was a great place to stay! Here are the pros: incredible location (both proximity to the beach and Pine Island more generally), good house layout for having 'quieter' wings (e.g. if little kids need naps), good customer service, cleaned well. We would absolutely stay there again! Cons that may affect some guests' stay: it needs a little TLC which can manifest in ways that don't matter that much (peeling paint) and in a few ways that do matter a lot (as you'll see from other reviews too, the sliding glass door between the basement and the pool falls out of its groove most times it's opened and becomes impossible to close--particularly if you have any younger/smaller people in your party--forcing everyone to go around the side of the house to go into/out of the pool area). This was not a dealbreaker for us, but for certain guests I do think these kinds of small details might feel too annoying, considering the price. Again, though, we had a great week and felt well-taken-care of! Given the proximity of the beach was totally doable for a party with everything from a 2yo to a 72yo, we feel Belle Eire is a great choice! :)

Overall we had a good stay. The cleanliness of the house was questionable. Looked as though it was cleaned just enough to give the appearance it had been cleaned. Throughout the first day we started to notice things like blonde hairs on the bathroom rugs even though there was no one blonde in our family. There was trash under the couch and random crumbs and candy on the floor that indicated the floor had not been vacuumed. The counter tops looked clean but when you touched them there was grime on them. They offered to send a cleaner out but by that time we were already a couple days through our stay and it would have been more of an inconvenience than anything else. We ended up cleaning the kitchen counters by ourselves so that we could actually prepare food. We requested a refund for the cleaning fee and were told the request would be sent to management and then never heard anything back. For over 14,000 it was honestly disappointing. Don’t think we will be going back.

Great Family Spot

Great house for a large family gathering. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids and ample porches were available for the adults to hang out. It was only about 100 yards to get your feet in the sand and the beach was a good spot that was not too crowded.

Great Find!

Nothing is ever cleanly enough for me, but overall this place was just fine. There were ample clean sheets and towels. We had 19 people and we had beds to spare. The floor plan was well setup. The walk to the beach was nothing. We were so happy with its proximity to the beach, and the kids 8+ could walk to/from themselves for bathroom or snacks or whatever. Kitchen only has one sink and the drains were probably the worst part of the stay. But management came out and fixed the two showers. Overall, this was a great find and we all agreed we should stay there again.

Very nice!

Very nice! Well stocked kitchen. Only complaints are the Volleyball net in description is not there and the oven really needs an upgrade. Burner doesn’t work in the back and the oven takes forever to cook anything. Good size pool and great little bar outside. Short walk to beach. would for sure rent again.

Super house - wonderful stay

My family greatly enjoyed staying at Belle Eire. It was just a short walk to the beach; the house was fantastic for a family get-together. the layout of the house was great for cooking and serving meals, the pool and hot tub were meticulously maintained, all the beds were comfy We were traveling with a baby, and could not get in to store frozen breast milk until the stroke of 4 pm on our check in day.

Great Vacation minus the Refrigerator

This house is in such a great location. The set up of the house was perfect for our family as the stairwell splits the house into 2 sides…. Infants stayed on the quiet side making our stay more enjoyable! The Refrigerator situation in the kitchen is terrible. The entire thing is falling apart. We had 2 shelves to store food for 20ppl. Same goes for the freezer. The house could have used more help in getting clean before our arrival. Seemed to be only 2 cleaners there trying to do the entire house in 6 hrs. Overall, we LOVE Pine Island and it was a wonderful vacation.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our time here. It is very roomy and nice for a big family! We had 17 of us total with adults and children. There were a few minor issues with drains and a breaker bit someone came out very quickly to check it out! The kitchen chairs could be replaced soon. Would definitely stay again!

Lots of space! We'll be back!

The house was perfect for our family gathering. The large open family room was a perfect central location for everyone to meet in the mornings and for dinner. The fact that there were multiple master suites was excellent for our large family. There were a few challenges. A window was broken and a large glass door fell off the slider track when we arrived and no one came to fix it while we were there. Aside from the minor repairs that were needed, the house was great. Location was perfect and the beach and pool were beautiful.

Super fun Family Vacation!

The house was just the right size for our large group, with plenty of beds and space for everyone. The long kitchen table with lots of chairs was great, the pool table and pool provided some good entertainment, and the two min walk to the beautiful beach was the best! We would stay again!

Perfect Family Get-away

The house was just as pictured. Lovely, large and well equipped. We had 9 adults, 5 teens and 3 kids 8-9. We were able to have meals together very comfortably. The deck is amazing as well as the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach took minutes. Loved the house, loved the convenience.

Perfect for the whole family

We rented this property before anyone else had reviewed it so we were not sure what we were getting into. I cannot express how pleasantly surprised we were with the property the amenities the location to the beach and the towns that are nearby. The property management team was not the easiest to get through to but I give them a pass because this was during Covid. We were all concerned with cleanliness and social distancing but it was no issue as this place is massive and the neighborhood is full of houses that are similar. Beach access was very close we never regretted not spending more for being directly on the beach. We never felt crowded in this was on Fourth of July weekend. The place is fully stocked in the kitchen 2 dishwasher's pots pans utensils. There's Games books lots of surprises including boogie boards floats plenty of pretty space. Part of our crew liked to stay up late and party by the pool, no one inside ever lost any sleep over it. My wife and I drew the Short Straw and ended up having to take a bunk room While others enjoyed their own master suites but we were still extremely happy . Lots of nooks and crannies on the porch to get away from everyone when you had too much . We would certainly rent this property again next year without question

Beautiful Home a block from the beach

Easy access to the beach; spacious and plenty of amenities. Several refrigerators, nice washer/dryer, two dishwashers, and so much space for family. Multi-level so sound wasn't a problem with little ones. Only negative was that the kitchen was not clean (it wasn't filthy!). The countertops and floors needed swept/mopped/wiped down.
