Villa on Coronado
Property was clean, and walkable to everything, except the Pier. The yard and fire tables were relaxing after a long day on the go. I would definitely stay there again!

Incredible location
This home was perfect for our stay. When we originally planned to come to San Diego, we were hoping to stay at the Del Coronado hotel, but with all the renovations going on there, this property made much more sense for us. Ultimately, I’d book this again rather than the Del Hotel for our family! The location is unbeatable - barely a block from the Del, beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. We spent lots of time at the beach(host made it easy with supplies!) and bought a Resort Pass to spend a day at the Del pool. My 2 big kids loved sharing the bunk room. The guest room had plenty of space for me and a pack n play, and the primary was lovely for the grandparents. The home was well stocked with supplies, including beach towels, beach wagon, some sand toys, chairs, etc. I also appreciated how responsive the host was - and easy to text. There was also a pack n play, which I wish we knew about in advance. Hopefully a future renter can benefit from it.

Perfect location
This was our 4th stay at this residence, but our 1st time in the downstairs unit. We were very familiar with the area and knew it would be another amazing experience. This unit is quite larger than the upstairs and suited our (all adult) family better. The outside living area was used as much as the inside. This unit is in the center of everything we need….The beach, shopping, restaurants, and boutique hotels for extra guests. One thing I need to warn about is the noise level. Because of the location, the surroundings can get noisy. Lots of people walking by and the trash truck constantly emptying bins all around. We will continue to rent this unit when visiting our favorite home away from home. Thank you for another wonderful vacation!

We had a great time. The property is very well situated between restaurants and the beach. The home is clean and has a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, plates, silverware, etc. We would stay there again.

Birthday Weekend
We had a great weekend getaway in Coronado. The house was clean and comfortable and provided a great base for our group. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was big and had all the appliances we needed. The location was close to the beach and many restaurants. It provided just what we were looking for.

This home worked perfectly for our family of 6. We walked to the beach and restaurants and enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space each night. The property managers were friendly and prompt. We will definitely be booking again.

Great size and location
This property is changing owners and is apparently going to undergo a renovation/expansion. As a result it will be unavailable for an indeterminate period of time. As such get booked before this happens and it is an unknown gem.

Unique Coronado rental for families and friends to enjoy together!
Walking distance to shops, restaurants, (Miguel's Cocina) beautiful neighborhoods and beach. Clean, modern yet restored historic building. The well maintained cruiser bikes were a fun ride down the nearby off-road path to the town of Imperial Beach. (Try the Big Kahuna restaurant) This home is a gem for families/friends together time in Coronado. We had a great experience!

Wonderful Stay
We loved our stay on Coronado! The house is completely updated and clean. Great location to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Grateful for all of the children games and books, traveled with our little girl. The bottle of wine at check-in was a a great start to our trip :) Would love to return

Clean & Modern in a Great Location
We had a fantastic spring break at this property! Location was excellent and the rooms, fixtures etc. were updated and modern. Having 3 BR and 3 baths was a perfect fit for our family. We struggled a little to get the Spectrum cable TV going in the living room (never figured it out in the master) - but if that's my only problem for a week, I'll take it!

Great stay in Coronado
Excellent, spacious property in Coronado, an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment was in excellent condition, well decorated with a really nice, modern kitchen and bathrooms, and comfortable beds. We also loved having beach chairs and bikes to use. Would definitely stay here again!

Third time is just as charming..
