A little birthday get away

We love the amenities at Palmilla so it keeps us coming back. This was a nice place. The bunk beds in room 2 was perfect for my daughter and her two friends. There is a washing machine and two patios. Not a huge fan of one of the doors leading straight to the kids room, but Palmilla is a pretty safe community. Both bedrooms are downstairs and very close. Each room has their own full bathroom (showers no baths). The kitchen a cozy living room are upstairs. There is a patio upstairs too. The outdoor furniture needs a little refresh. The salty air is rusting the furniture and the cushions could use a good wash. Overall, it was perfect for our get away. Like most places in Palmilla you will need to rent a golf cart to get to the beach. Otherwise it is quite a hike.

Take some getting use too....

The property is beautiful and clean. There's no shades on the windows upstairs and the shower is 2 1/2" x 2 1/2"feet. Putting in a handheld shower head would greatly help short people as I had to stand against the wall to get wet.Also, maybe add 2 more kitchen towels.Would stay here again.

Peaceful

Beautiful Casita. The home was very clean and everything you would need is available. We love staying at Palmilla. The restaurants and pool area have great service. We enjoyed our trip even with the one day of rain. Thank you!

Beautiful Beach Casita

We took our kids down to the beach for a little after Christmas surprise and had the best time. The property is lovely, but much smaller than we expected. It was a little tight for our family of 5. The kitchen being on the second story is fine, but there are no window coverings on the 2nd floor which makes for very sunny mornings and the feeling of everyone watching you in the evenings. Overall it's a lovely property that could just use a few little improvements to make it perfect!

Great location, beautiful decor, well stocked

This was a beautiful property in a fantastic location. It was decorated wonderfully, was fully stocked with everything we needed, and was close to all the amenities. Though it was meticulously clean, there was a very pervasive stench of cigarette smoke throughout the house which made it smell musty and smoky- even our clothes came home smelling like cigarettes. Despite that, we will definitely be booking to stay again next year because we had a fantastic time!

Beautiful property. Dissatisfied with property management

The casita and property were absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately the Palmilla Beach Resort guest service team was difficult to work with. So much so that I would not stay in the community again.

Wonderful home near the beach

We really loved this place, beautifully decorated, well stocked and comfortable. Wonderful location near the ocean. The community this is located in is just gorgeous, still under construction but just great vibes here!!

Port Aransas Paradise!

This is a great property. As long as you know there is still a ton of ongoing construction, and it doesn't bother you, you will enjoy this property. Convenient boardwalk access to the beach, a restaurant and bar located on property, etc. Met the neighbors, Glenn and Amy, and they were super nice! The house is well decorated, fairly new and in excellent shape. It could use a few more kitchen items like plastic cups for mixing drinks, etc. Other than that no complaints! We will definitely be ack at some point!

September stay

The property was beautiful! The problem we had, was that the master bedroom’s wall outlets didn’t work. We have to use a medical device while sleeping. We called Tuesday morning to Vacasa to let them know. No one ever responded back. Wednesday evening we called to check what was going on. Finally, someone came and fixed it. Had we not called several times, this wouldn’t have gotten taken care of. Also, the home other than the bathrooms, have to blinds of any kind. Guests staying next and across from us can see clearly into our home as we could see into theirs. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay. Not sure we I’ll stay here again though.
