We were extremely happy with the pool, location, and number of rooms/bathrooms this condo had. General upkeep of the condo and kitchen wares need attention.

Everything is fine, they just needed to put shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms and put in a new coffee maker (the one there is very old) and put in condiments.

Spring break

Property was very clean & very nice. Lots of space for sleeping. My big suggestions: MORE bath towels and add pool/beach towels. Also, the kitchens could use a spice/seasoning rack.

Great place for family gatherings and fun

We had a blast with the family, and the heated pool was wonderful for Spring Break. The kids had a great vacation.

Spring break

We enjoyed our stay, it was our first time to Corpus Christi area. We enjoyed the fairly close locality to the beach. Your facility worked good for us with three bathrooms and four beds for our family.

Family get together

The location was very good, and a bedroom on first floor was nice didn't need to use stairs. There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done on property and the beds were awful!!!!

Family Gathering

My Oklahoma family and my husband and I from Michigan met at this rental for a family gathering. The location was nice as it was across from the beach and we enjoyed a couple of beach days while we were there. The pool was perfect on a sunny afternoon day or after hanging out at the beach. My husband I enjoyed our morning walks along the ocean. As far as the house itself, it was a bit small for our group of 10, but we made it work. It would be nice to have a bathroom downstairs that was not in a bedroom, but we needed 4 bedrooms so it worked. It was clean and we had no problems with communication. The kitchen could use some updated cooking ware, but we made what was there work. The BBQ grills are communal and were very dirty so we decided not to use them. We did not find a wire brush in which to clean them. We would probably look for a bigger place in the future for our group.

Good experience

We stayed for 3 nights. Check in was smooth. Owner was very responsive to to texts. Air conditioning wasn’t getting cool the first night and she sent someone right over. We have stayed at this location before and we love the space and the convenience of everything

Great Location, Fully Stocked beautiful home!

Great location, fully stocked Kitchen and almost any extra thing needed in a house was there! Clean and beautiful decor throughout. The only complaint I have was the bedroom with the King size bed, that mattress needs to be replaced ASAP and I called for an early check in and was told due to peak season it would not be possible (which I totally understand but it's always worth a shot) 30 minutes later after setting up all our stuff at the beach I get a text message saying "Surprise, your house is ready" uhggg it would have been great if the text message said "if it's ready within the hour I'll let you know" In that case we would have gone and had a drink somewhere for a bit before unloading everything at the beach. None of this ruined our weekend, over all it was a great place to stay and we had a great weekend.

Nice place, trek to beach

Nice and clean home, be sure to bring toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels because they only give you a limited supply. Other than that had everything we needed. Confirm your check in time - due to coronavirus it's 4 pm and not 3 pm as listed. The beach is close but it's still a walk. Would prefer something closer next time. It's a tight squeeze for 12 people - more acclimated for 8-10 people, even if there are 12 "beds".

Tx fishing trip

Facilities were nice. Picked this one because of 4 bedrooms with king/queen beds. Living and dining area was small but adequate. Bathrooms were nice. Overall a nice property. Access to the beach was either drivable or cone Ted by sidewalks in the area. About a 5 minute walk

Great stay by the beach

Townhouse was clean and spacious (great for teenagers when they wanted to retreat for some alone time. Beach was super close and the pool in the complex was a nice and relaxing—we managed to find times when it was empty or not crowded she we could enjoy while distancing. Great stay!

Great customer service

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. This unit was very clean,spacious with great ammenities. It also offers a full kitchen which was a major plus for our family. Beach access was a quick 5 minute ride and we definitely took advantage of that. We will definitely be staying here on our next vacation. They respond quickly and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect.

Great spot

We had a great stay. Just a few cons and some that aren't the fault of the property. The location is nice right across from the beach but there is no side walk to get to the walkway entry. We had 4 kids with us and having to walk in the street was stressful at times with them. Also the balcony upstairs is through a bedroom so that was bothersome at times. The back patio was the same and even though it was bigger there was no breeze so we used the front one most. We had some issues with the outlets not working but a quick message and someone was sent out to fix it. Overall I'd stay again
