"Deer Haven is a great place to stay. This is my first experience with any vacation rental, so I didn't quite know what to expect. The experience was fabulous ! ! The house was perfect. "1) You advertised this home would sleep 12. There were only two beds and two half bunks to sleep in. 2) The house smelled like it had a mouse infestation (collaborated by the numerous mouse traps we found set in the kitchen drawers, along with mouse turds in one.) No extra blankets to accommodate sleeping on the couches, so I slept in my clothes. At best the condition of the house would sleep 4 adults and 2 children. We had 6 adults and 2 children.
