"Our family just returned home from a four night stay. The house was clean, in a great location and full of entertainment options. There was several maintenance issues that truly did not impact our stay but needed attention. The host was responsive to questions and my concerns. "The house is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space, pool, porches and hot tub were enjoyed immensely and our group of 15 (8 adults and 7 children age 7-15) had a terrific stay here. The bunk room was a huggggeeee hit with the kids. "Good cabin, nice and quiet. @30 minutes from Gatlinburg and nice hikes. Neighbors dogs (the white dog) were biting at my kids and I had to run them off multiple times, not the cabin owners fault. Nice cabin for the price though - we would book again."

"The burble of Dunns creekwater sliding thru its rocky bed just a few feet from a wonderful hot tub porch just adds to the ambience of this cabin & loft to snooze in. The fireplace makes short work of the cold overnights, & we and our two fuzzy kiddos made it the best 4 days in quite awhile. "As a group of 14 we enjoyed our stay, we loved the secluded location and beautiful Mountain View’s from the second story balcony. The theatre room and wood burning fire place were a plus. David was an amazing host and very accommodating to our needs. If you get a chance take a hike down the trail he has created. If you don’t feel like wasting time grocery shopping, Instacart delivers right to the cabin. We would definitely recommend staying at this cabin. "
