The owner was stingy with the electric and lied to us and told us that the air-conditioning/hot water wasn’t working.She told us to be mindful of the kilowatts that we’re using. Una volta se ne è andata la luce ma dopo poco è ritornata, hanno attivato il gruppo elettrogeno probabilmente che faceva rumore dal mio appartamento. Dopo un' ora ha smesso."
