"We really loved our stay at mistral suites. It was difficult to find, but the staff stayed with us on the phone and even sent someone out to the street to help us find it. The room was perfect. You could not beat the view of the sea, and Mount Vesuvius. The traffic in Sorrento was a nightmare for walking, but once you got to the town Square it was much better. I would definitely stay there again. We felt safe behind, locked gate and a locked front door. "

"Our hosts were wonderful. They were friendly, and communicated with us reliably. In addition, the house was one of our more comfortable stays on this trip. It was sparkly clean, and would have had a wonderful view, if we could have seen it. (We had horrible weather.) Unfortunately, we did not realize how difficult the logistics related to staying at this home would be. Traveling to and from required quite a bit of effort. I've stayed in a lot of rentals in Europe & this one provided for all of my needs plus had detailed instructions for working the washing machine (usually I'm using Google translate). Elena went out of her way to bring me an extra pillow topper since I had injured my back a week before my trip. I do not think you could find a more accommodating or lovely host! "Absolutely beautiful property, clean and the views did not disappoint, the listing photographs are spot on. Lorenzo helped out with transportation, as it being the "off-season" taxi's were difficult to find. We managed getting around using the bus (stop located right in front of the villa) and walking down to central Sorrento. We would highly recommend staying at Villa L'Ulivina to anyone."

"Lovely neighborhood but it is more residential and about 20 minute walk to city center. The property is gated. Had some bad experiences with airport pick up but was resolved on 1st pick up. 2nd family dropped off to wrong location and had to walk to our unit at night with their luggage. The espresso machine had a leak. Informed property managerd that it did not work. Also had an electrical problem in one of the bathrooms, but electrician came same day to fix. Mixed communication with property...
