"Cute garage apartment less than a 15 minute walk to historic area down pretty residential streets. Small efficiency kitchen with full size microwave, fridge and stove. No dishwasher but, we didn’t really use kitchen so, it was fine. This apartment is above a dettached garage to the left of house. You enter thru a gate between garage and house a the stairs are right there. Someone mentioned a dark hallway in a review but, everything was easy access and well lit so I’m not sure what they were...

"I really enjoyed this place. Is very quiet, lots of trees around. And a great yard with a grill. I used that grill many times. "

The cottage was well stocked and helped us enjoy our stay. Check in was easy and the host was very communicative. We could not have asked for more. The guest house where we stayed had everything we needed and included use of the pool, hottub, and outdoor area. Other than a few problems with the TVs our stay was wonderful! "This was a great option for my friend and I who were traveling. It had two separate bedrooms, a decent kitchen, and a nice seating area. It’s pretty much in downtown, we walked very easily to the Orlando magic stadium and there’s plenty of restaurants within walking distance around the home. would definitely stay here again, and I really appreciated the communication from the property management company.
