It was a Man on the porch and we were very over whelmed with the poverty stricken neighborhood that we had to ride through to get to the property. We notified the owner and let her know what we had experience and she told us to go around the back of the property which we didn’t feel comfortable with that and let her know we wouldn’t be staying because we didn’t feel safe. Convenient to the metro and trolley, as well as walking distance to cafes and restaurants on King St, we were spoiled by this location. Inside, the beds were comfortable, A/C took the edge off the heat, and the building was quiet. Would choose again! "
