"We reserved, paid for, and had confirmed a two night stay at this property. When we arrived, the host/property owner shared that the property had been double booked and that we would be able to stay in the apartment the second night only. They did provide another property for the first night instead. It was not as nice, it was not as spacious, and no expansive terrace with the beautiful view. We also then had to move to the new apartment after the first night which took time out of our vacation....

"Die Unterkunft im Ortsteil Arzello ist sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet, besonders das urige Dachzimmer und mit einer gut funktionierenden Heizung ausgestattet, so dass man auch im Winter getrost hier warme Tage verbringen kann. Mara ist eine extrem freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns warm willkommen geheißen hat und flexibel auf Schlafwünsche der Kinder reagiert hat.
