"Everything went great, a beautiful picturesque place, just keep in mind that the nearest Walmart is 45 minutes away :) And the access road is a bit long, unpaved, but you can't find a better place for privacy, the house has all the amenities and the internet works well."

"Great views. Peaceful. Spacious home. Great fire pit. Hiking trails all around the area. Highly recommend Royal Gorge Rafting (Royal Gorge trip and ask for Allen) & Extreme Zip Line Combo -- an awesome day. Bear Basin Outfitters (horse ride) was very transactional - there may be better options in the area. Royal Gorge Park was worth the trip. "

"The Hideaway was a beautiful place to stay. Very roomy, full kitchen, a pool table, and many books and puzzles--something for everyone. We found it to be quiet and serene. Enjoyed a hike through the property and especially sitting on the front porch. We were happy there was a garage. Where we live, afternoon rain is often accompanied by rain. Would definitely stay here again."

Even bought a blower dryer as soon as I asked for one :-) . Very clean place with washer and dryer which is helpful when traveling. Highly recommend."

"Cabin has everything you need for a great stay. Mike and Shari live on property which makes it easy to get items resolved and secure local information, if you desire it. Shari makes a mean zucchini bread and Mike bravely removed a hornets nest off the deck. Stairs to the bedroom are very steep and folks with limited mobility should seek other accommodations.
