"I would like to give this property as many stars as we was able to see …. A MILLION STARS!!!! Everything was perfect. You can tell our host has pride in his property and wants his guest to thoroughly enjoy their stay! Perfect location for stargazing! Loved the Lumber museum right across the street and my adult kids were able to rent an ATV just steps away from the cabin! A million stars!!!!"

From archery and swings to a LOVELY hammock and a surplus of board games, you could spend YEARS here before running out of things to do. Not even mentioning the stars. "

"Second time this year staying at this cabin by the stream, love how relaxing it is. Perfect getaway for myself, husband and our pups. Brought the 6 year old grandson along this time. We explored the area, played in the creek, saw the Kinzua Bridge, and sat by the fire enjoying the starry sky at night. Will definitely be returning. Grandson gives it 600 stars 😀."

"We have been going up to Potter for nearly 20 some years! We have always wonder about the home behind the pond. We finally got to stay here. The house was amazing. I was a little disappointed in all the lighting from the police station and the dealership. We had to walk out back behind the house to see stars. That is one of our main attractions is the stars. We also thought we would see more wildlife especially with the pond. Nope just 4 geese! But the house all in all was wonderful! Hopefully...

"The place is great. Clean, modern, with great amenities inside and outside. The beds were comfortable and the place has a huge yard, a fire pit, a nice deck, and an easy path to the water. Emporium is charming and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. I'll stay again if my work or life brings me back."
